Keep entities in recent items up to date
The most important thing in today’s update is that Recent entities are always fresh 
now, so when you will rename, change or delete an entity, it will be displayed correctly in Recent items.
Set Icon with a Formula
Now you can dynamically set icons for entities in your database using formulas:
- change task icon based on missing deadline (
) - invent your own status icon for people (
) - show the value growth status based on some delta (
) - and even use custom emoji icons for some advanced magic

Markdown Templates AI Assistant
Now you can use AI to create markdown templates in automation action for rules or buttons. Use Ask AI button near any markdown template. It can generate quite dumb templates with just some fields, or some clever templates using scripts. Check it out:
Whiteboard: Resize and scale text in textbox
We continue to enhance the text editing experience on Whiteboard. The updated text object can be resized horizontally or scaled to the desired size, with the text adjusting automatically when scaled.
Search Fields in Space Setup
Now you can search Database fields in Space Setup and navigate to the fields quickly via keyboard.
Improvements
- Admins can Rename and Delete Spaces right from the left sidebar via … menu.
- New workspaces can downgrade to Free plan during the trial as well as upgrade to Enterprise at any time without having to contact us. Although we are always happy to chat
. - At the end of the trial, we ask you to explicitly select a pricing plan to continue using your workspace.
- The 10 users, guests, and Databases limits for Free plan are enforced now as well as AI limits for all new pricing plans.
- Guests do not receive automatic access via People Fields, just as we stated in the initial announcement. Upgrade Guests to Members if this becomes too much of a routine.
Fixed Bugs
Whiteboard:
- A text block extends beyond the edge of the whiteboard viewport when editing a long line
- The default zoom when creating a new whiteboard is set to 87-88% automatically, instead of 100%
- Wrong placeholder size for shape after changing ‘Corner Radius’ property
- Whiteboard: transparency does not apply to section background color
Rich text:
- It is not possible to create mailto: link in rich text
- Different font size on lists and text on Quick Add rich edit
Other fixes:
- Space settings: positioning issue with Add field pop-up
- Firefox, List view: entity creation via context menu does not work
- Group of filters gets disabled back after making it enabled and applying changes in filter
- Integration: Ignored fields become unignored when data sync is cancelled or failed
- Mention is not saved in comment if was selected by Enter and submitted by cmd+enter
- AI clusterization: Clustering loads infinitely after classification sometimes
