Display URL, Phone, and Email fields as icons
Now you can display URL, Phone, and Email fields as small icons. Use Display As property in Fields selector to configure it in any view.
Space setup: Relations screen improvements
Relations screen in Space Setup got more love. Now you can navigate better and edit existing relations here.
Whiteboard: Add vertical text alignment for some blocks
Now you can set text vertical alignment within shapes and stickers.
Improvements
- Search improvements:
- Entites in final state have proper status indication in recent items and semantic search results.
- If search query is also the prefix of entity title, then this result is higher than others
- True to the pricing page, Reports based on historical data are only available in Pro plan for those on the new pricing. If you were a paying customer before this November, the change won’t affect you no matter your plan.
- Workspace status now includes Access Templates. If permissions in your workspace are not working as expected, check if this service is alright: sometimes it needs a while to process large amounts of data after, for example, you enable access via People Field for a large DB.
- Workspaces with no active subscription will see the new pricing in their Billing settings, even if they signed up before this November.
- Undelete Entity: restore reference to rich text even if field is soft deleted
Fixed Bugs
- Whiteboard:
- Opened fibery entities are hidden for user of whiteboard in full screen mode
- The arrow is not automatically removed when converting to a relation
- Permissions
- Missed capabilities to edit and delete own comment after merging entity
- Reference permissions: we currently hide references based on space-level access, so per-entity shared things are filtered out
- Reports
- Context is not set automatically when creating a relation Report
- Date filter options (2 weeks ago, one month from now) are hidden unless you collapse left menu
- Other fixes:
- Missing nice dummy page for Space without databases
- Document with embedded content has a broken layout in Safari when the app is in sharing mode.
- Database selector in AI Search settings is accent (diacritic) sensitive
- Workspace export: formula values are exported as blank fields
- When the global part loads, it resets the selected item in the dropdown to the top
