A very small release today with many fixed bugs and improvements in various areas.
Disable & Hide Documents for the Workspace
Some workspaces use real Databases instead of Documents for Wiki and other similar use cases. However, Documents presence confuses users greatly, since they should not use them, but they are still visible everywhere.
Now you can completely disable Documents and they will be hidden from UI everywhere. Navigate to Settings → General and find Disable documents option.
Improvements

UI:
- We made several visual improvements to the Edit Name Field pop-up. It’s now better aligned with other field edit menus across the app.
- Previously, we aligned action menu order for Views and Documents. Now we’ve done the same for Entity pages. Common actions like Copy link and Add to Favorites now appear in a consistent order across Fibery.
- Rules renamed to Automation Rules everywhere.
- We refreshed the smart folder configuration screen to match other database selection menus, making it easier to build your folder hierarchy.
- When a field is added to the main section of an Entity page, we now automatically scroll to it. This helps you quickly find the new field, even on pages with many fields.

Validation Rules: When you share Space as templates, the associated validation rules are also included and will be installed for the usage of this template
Fixed Bugs
- Documents / Rich Text:
- Fix size / positioning / text for Users lists if No users are found
- Wrong alignment of mention in a heading
- User can not modify rich edit field after hiding ‘Create entity’ pop-up
- Pressing Enter after divider returns cursor to the start of previous paragraph instead of moving cursor down
- Rich text toolbar not visible when Ctrl-A (select all) when the rich text is longer than the panel
- Confusing behaviour on pressing enter after collapsed heading
- Divider command should be consistent with shortcut
- Header in document/rich-text fails to be collapsed
- Fixed an error when opening image or video from rich text in lightbox in shared entity / document
- HubSpot integration:
- Fixed a case when delta sync was very slow
- HubSpot Owners sync now ignores “updated at” filter
- Discourse integration: Posts from subcategory were not fetched
- Bi-Directional Links: References field disappears when moved to the top (drawer) section
- Validation Rules: There were no error on UI when try to enable automation/validation rule if the User doesn’t have access to Databases participating in the rule
- Architect/User Mode:
- It was possible to create Folder and Smart Folder inside the Space-level Folder in sidebar in the User mode
- Fixed am inconsistent behavior with turning off Architect mode while admin-related page is opened
- Shift + shift keyboard shortcut sometimes worked weirdly. Not anymore. We hope.
- Views:
- Added ‘Move to Space’ in view actions menu for context views
- Fixed a case when a user could not find Space by second word in databases picker search
- AI Agents: Fixed a rare case when an agent truncates content in the middle of emoji, it fails miserably
- Whiteboard: Sticker default color was missing in the palette
