We’re running into issues with how integrations sync on a timed schedule (e.g. every hour). This delay is creating friction in our workflow.
A couple of examples:
- When a dev task is completed and should be linked to a PR in GitHub, the PR doesn’t show up in Fibery until the next sync. This means the developer has to wait up to an hour before they can close out the task properly.
- Same goes for Zendesk. We have an automation that creates a task in Fibery when a Zendesk ticket is marked as “Type: Task” — but again, the task won’t show up until the hourly sync happens.
For these use cases, real-time updates are critical. Waiting an hour kills momentum and limits the usability of these integrations.
Are we going about this the wrong way, or is there anything on the roadmap to improve how integration syncs are handled?
