A full width banner/header/hero block will be a useful design/UX/navigation feature that can contain a header image and title.
The idea is that the hero block not only could be associated with the currently viewed entity, but that it can be the hero image and title of a related entity. for example, all pages that related to a project can have the same project hero block at the top.
This implementation may be extended with navigation options in the hero block (e.g. a view that contains menu items of the project)
