🧠 Feedback needed: Space Setup redesign prototype

I like this a lot. It seems much more intuitive. The video didn’t mention if reordering rules and buttons would be possible. That’s a pain point right now. If you have a lot of automation rules and buttons for a single database, you can’t sort them into an intuitive order. So I end up having to read the entire list to find which one I’m looking for.

Bonus points if you added the ability to reorder buttons and it reflected the new order on the entity context menu.

Reorder Context Menu Buttons

I’ve mentioned this in the past, but thought I’d submit as an official idea for tracking/conversation. See sketch below. The one on the left is the current right click for our tasks database. The buttons are listed in the order they were created, but this is not the order I would present them in. This is tiny thing that constantly bugs me, but I would love to be able to reorder them. Also in my opinion the top actions should just be icons with hover descriptions like they are everywhere else. …
