I’ve found that our Gmail integration repeatedly disconnects causing syncing to stop. I’ve explored our Gmail logs and we’ve seen this error pop up around that time:
[ALERT] Account exceeded command or bandwidth limits. (Failure)
I’m ASSUMING that this has to do with Fibery attempting to do a data sync every 5 minutes (we didn’t get this error back when we had it set to sync every hour).
While an hour is too long… perhaps a 10 or 15 minute option would help keep things up-to-date but also play nicely with Gmail’s limits?
