Email Integration Disconnects Often

Hey there! I use the email integration with Gmail quite a bit, but lately it’s been disconnecting : “We can’t sync Contacts, Messages to Email due to recurring integration errors. Please update the integration settings to turn the sync back on.”

I haven’t seen this happen before we dialed out sync period down to every 5 min. I’m wondering if the frequency is causing a problem with Gmail servers, or something else…

Inevitably I just need to pop in and manually resync and everything works fine for a bit, but then it’ll fail again after a few hours, days, or weeks. Just depends.

I wonder if this could benefit from either 1.) some exponential backoff on the retry of whatever the failed sync request was, or 2.) some sync frequencies between 5min and 1hour. Even 10 minutes would be fine for our uses cases.

Ahh, perhaps! I’ve seen this outside of today, of course, but still could be part of the acute problem.

I’m continuing to see this occur, it’s getting to be about once a day for me. Is no one else having “recurring integration errors” with Gmail?

Today, none of my email integrations from are working, either manually or automatically.
Even the configuration page does not load.
