Me too have this problem not yet clear , for example I try to make simple app nearly 06 months where all are user-driven for online content topic based , indeed wiki doc content templates helped me too . Thus the user and team based user story report making is the key for many project task workspace .Any help and idea to help are welcome, as I wonder this problem use same user , same team is not so easy to impliments in other app , thus also report by the team collaboratively thus are to complex too in other app , the visual app , I am sure can help to simplify.
