Upgrade Team/ Company - Payment Method Amex

Hey,
we just wanted to upgrade our account here in Germany to use as company. But unfortunately our Mastercards or Visacards are not accepted - it looks like only Amex Cards are accepted? Thx for your feedback

Hi, we just fixed that, sorry for the inconvenience. Payment provider change was the cause of this issue.

Hey all, we just tried two different mastercards for the upgrade to the team account but it didn’t work out. Both cards are working with other providers (amazon, …). We could also use paypal, but there was no option available.
Please advise, we do know, there is a change in pricing and would like to use the 7 $ / Month offer until 2021.

We don’t see rejected transactions in the payment processor, what error you see on your side?

thx, we will start with a small team of 3 in the beginning in order to promote the tool … (will look into the option to translate into german for the DACH market here)

We are not sure how to help. Just now we tried Visa and MasterCards, both worked well.

We just tried it again and the form for the subscription changed, we could choose the country first and now it worked out with the previous mastercard we tried.

So everything is fine, subscription to the teamplan worked out. We will start to work with fibery in 2021!
