By default, when I insert an entity in a note or a document, it shows the workflow state with it:
For some database items, though, I’d like to see values from another column there instead of the workflow. For example, for insights from user interviews, I’d need more to see the type of insight (observation, pain point, etc.) rather than the workflow state, because the workflows state is not important to me at this moment.
Is it possible to choose another column that would appear with the entity instead of the workflow?
