What an awesome idea
For our workspace, this will only work well if we can sort / filter the information like we currently can.
In the current form view all information of a database is shown; not sorted and not filtered.
We use a ‘planning’ field with suggested periods (i.e., coming for weeks, coming 18 months, coming 6 quarters)
Without the possibility to filter and sort in form view, you will see one big list of all (not relevant) entities.
Other examples where we often use filtering/suggested entities to only show relevant information:
- only show active contacts
- exclude archived notes
- exclude archived tasks
- exclude archived digital brain subjects
- only show relevant marketing channels
- etc.
