Select and authenticate with GitHub, but don’t select a repo. Integration types are created.

Select GitHub, and select a repo.

A new set of Integration types is created, with the synced data. Now the old ones have to be deleted. (Would be nice to be able to easily select and delete a bunch of types, rather than one by one.)
