Don't replace rich text with entity name when new entity is created

I really like the ability to highlight rich text and link to an entity.
And I also like the workflow of highlighting rich text to create a new entity.
What I don’t like is that when I create a new entity, the highlighted text becomes the new entity name and is replaced by the entity within the richtext, instead of just a reference to it. I usually don’t want the original text to be the name of the new entity, and I don’t like losing the original text especially if its from a customer quote.

You can select text and invoke Link to entity command, and here you can create new entity as well, in this case you will pick any name you want and text will remain intact
