Database entries can be auto-shared with the creators. However this option does not show the custom templates.
Is this a bug? It would be nice to automatically use these access templates we setup!
I had this issue too! It even doesn’t give the ability to extend access. I was told it’s a feature in the backlog. My workaround was another field called “Submitter” that gets autopopulated by automation on creation. Then auto share based on that field instead.
