Today we were working in an entity and working through a reference. In order to get the full context, I clicked the “open reference” icon shown here in the image, but nothing happened. A few of us for several minutes kept looking in the referenced entity, which popped onto the right panel, but no “yellow background” comment (the source of the reference) appeared. Finally after working through the entity, it turned out the reference came from a reply via thread. When that was opened, the screen on the right suddenly jumped up to the reply and displayed it with the expected yellow background. I can’t show a gif of the action due to the content on the page being sensitive, but I trust the Fibery team can recreate this behavior.
I’d like to request that when clicking on a reference that comes from a threaded reply, that reply automatically opens for easy access. Just like when you click the reference for a regular “non-thread” comment.
And while I’m here, I’d like to refer back to a big request of ours to add in the times of ALL references to the same entity, not just the most recent one. In the example of today, we it took extra time to track down the originating comment because as you can see here its time isn’t displayed, nor are the times of the other reference to this entity from the originating entity, except the very last one
Here is that request re: adding times to all references in an entity.
In References from the same Entity, preserve time of all references
Thank you for the consideration!
