Hey All need some help when trying to add a user to a newly created permission group the user just disappears, out of the 5 permissions groups I created 2 of them are doing this, I am getting error Value does not conform to specification. I even tried deleting the permission group and Re doing it but I get the same error when I try to delete I attached a video on what I am experiencing. Im stuck right now and not sure what to do?
Looks like its about a 50/50 chance that this happens I am not doing anything differently when I create them and they are all going to the same space, naming is different and users are different I achieved all the groups that I needed but now I am left with 3 broken permissions groups that I can’t delete or do anything with

The issue is not easy to reproduce due to its race condition nature.
@Jeremy_Felton Unrelated to your bug, but you say
What you created here isn’t 5 permission groups, they are 5 permission databases. It looks like each database has only one item. You might be better off making one database called “Permission Group” and having 5 rows in that User Group Database. One for Design, Development, E-Commerce, Editing, Media Buying, and Sales. I might be wrong, I don’t know your set up exactly, but that’s just something I noticed here.
