Start of Week and Time Format

I’ve seen this mentioned in a few threads but not as a new topic.

American formats for Dates and Weeks typically follow different conventions. These conventions would include:

  • Start of Week: Sunday
  • Time: 12-hr

Because of this, it would be helpful to have these options set in user or system preferences.

Also when selecting a time it is helpful to see the time zone. Something like this would be desirable:

+1 not being able to set the start of the week to Sunday hurts the usability for me, mainly when interacting with the Calendar view and the Date Picker
