There is no option “This week” in the date filter. Please add it.
Out of interest, how do you define ‘this week’? Does it start on Monday?
+1 for this, and aligning the report filters with these filters.

Yes, Monday-Sunday for us.
I think “week starts on” should absolutely be an option somewhere. Along with 12/24hr time format display!
