Option for 12 hour clock display

Hello again! I would like to put in a request for the option to display the time using a 12 hour clock. My users are all in the US and are not very familiar with the 24 hour clock. This has been a point of controversy on some open source projects I’ve been involved with in the past, but it really is a significant barrier for US-based users. Thanks!
