I just moved from SmartSuite to Fibery about a month back. I got an email from them yesterday to let users know the free tier is going away in a few months. Somewhat ironically, I was on the free SmartSuite plan, but I now pay for Fibery because I wanted to support the team. 
Might be a good opportunity for Fibery to invest in a campaign to reach out to SmartSuite customers.

Weโve tried a few similar campaigns โ unfortunately, none of them was a success. Unless we invent a new creative (and not spammy!) way to reach out to the disgruntled SmartSuite customers, weโll leave it to you guys to spread the (honest) word across Reddit and other communities.
