We have a setup where we use a database called Wiki Pages for our documentation.
We also have 2 databases, one for projects and one for outputs (as our software/solutions can transfer between projects). These projects can be nested, and outputs can be nested under projects.
Our wiki pages are added to projects / outputs depending on what they document.
Right now, Smart Folders do not allow you to add the same database to several levels, however it would be great if we can see the documentation on Project as well as Output level in the same tree-view.
Is there any way that this can be achieved in the side-view? This would really improve our documentation structure. (We know that we can create a new space for a project, and add a smart-folder for the necessary wikis, and while we do this for projects that need their own databases / special setups, we try to mitigate this for smaller projects. One of the downsides is that creating a space with pre-setup smart folders and boards is kind of annoying.)
