It is, but not exactly. Context/Relation Views are different, so technically it is a different list of views you want to see. We’ll think about it
Will this also mean we can sync our emails into Fibery in a private way? At the moment we are not using Gmail integration because it will mean that our emails are accessible to everyone else with admin access
Unfortunately not. Admins always can see everything in a workspace. This feature is just about supporting the more modern authentication method.

Except for the contents of individual users’ “My Space”, IIRC.
If Integrations like GMail could be installed by a user and “linked” exclusively to their “My Space”, that would be a way to accomplish this - but that is not currently possible. 
Sorry, yes. I meant every database/entity, but indeed, My Space can contain Documents and Whiteboards that have content that the Admin cannot see.
Yes, you’re right. It’s not possible, and private databases are not on the horizon.
