We are interesting in creating interaction between Salesforce and Fibery.

Some use cases :

  1. We use Salesforce as our ticketing tool. Sometimes, we receive requests that is more related to a project. So we want to “transform” this ticket to a project. We do this by closing the ticket on Salesforce and opening manually a project on Fibery.

  2. Sometime we create a project on Fibery and related tasks or other things needs to be created on Salesforce. Currently, we need to create this manually on Salesforce.

  3. We maintain a database of our Softwares on Salesforce and when a subscription is involved, the details are managed on Fibery.

Basically :

  • Fibery should be able to create a Record on Salesforce (This can be done with a Button, a Rule, etc…).
  • Salesforce should be able to create an Entity on Fibery (This can be done with Flows).
  • Fibery should also be able to load or sync object records of Salesforce
