Remove 'no relationship' section from the list view

We have a connection between two types: Test Case Folder has many Test Cases:

After we created a hierarchical list view we see a separate section “No Test Cases Folder”. Even if we selected a filter: Test Cases Folder is not empty for Test Cases.

Is it possible to remove it somehow?
