Public Sharing Extends Access to Too Many Relations

I’d like to share a specific project (I call them engagements) publicly.
Although changing the layout allows me to limit what fields people can see on the public view, I was alarmed to find that databases from other spaces (which are private to even my team) are visible from the public link.

It appears all one-to-many relations are visible while other relations are not. Is this a setting I can change somewhere?

I read somewhere that sharing public links shares all first level relations. This is something hardcoded.

Detailed here: Quote from “Public sharing of Documents and Entities — Guide | Fibery”

But now that we have entity level access. I think setting an access template in the public link could be nice. Couldn’t find any requests for it on the forum yet though.
