Nothing major today, just few small things here and there. We’re still working on large complex things like permissions, mobile, files, etc. Next week should be more packed, sorry for our slowness :folded_hands:.

:butterfly: Improvements

  • Public sharing:
    • Select and unshare multiple items in one go in Settings → Public Sharing.
    • Reports shared to web now appear in Settings → Public Sharing, so that Admins can review and unshare them if necessary.
  • Entity View: Fields drag and drop was improved and now it matches left sidebar drag and drop behavior.

:shrimp: Fixed Bugs

  • Whiteboard: Section tool: Text added to the group does not move with the whole group on the frame
  • Rich Text: No vertical scroll in embedded Gantt chart or in widget
  • Public sharing:
    • Public form iframe tries to open collaboration WebSocket connection
    • Show navigation arrow for shared Spaces and Space Templates
    • Show ‘Deleted User’ Shared by cell if the User who shares Space, Entity, Document and etc. was deleted
    • It’s possible to resize columns in tables on Public Sharing page
    • Database abbreviation badge doesn’t look good in the table on Public Share page if it contains more than 1 letter and entity name is long
    • Admins cannot see shared private Forms on the Public Sharing page
  • Navigation:
    • “New entity” pop-up fails to be closed after opening relation entity
    • Issue with clickable highlight database in Db badge - wrong redirection for admin, not disabled for other users
    • Link to the workspace map is not available for non-admin
    • Entity View: Nav tab active line overflown by content
  • Integration:
    • Connector icon is displayed instead of Database icon for external User DB
    • Wrong icon is used - success icon for action failed message
    • Admin can not turn off webhooks in case of integration was created by another user
  • Fields: Field stays required in quick add for even after it’s not required any more
  • UI: Broken icon style in Reports
  • History & Audit Log: We should not show events for soft-deleted fields in our Activity Log
  • Board View: Collapsed row highlighting is broken after collapsed column
  • Form View: Fibery branding switch doesn’t work, leaving the logo and legal message visible
