We have people who work in a certain team, in our case for instance R&D. We want to tag that entire R&D group of people in a comment section for instance, so that everyone within that group gets a notification and can respond to the comment.
I read “group permissions” in the Pro plan, which I assumed was this above functionality, and thus we upgraded. But apparently this was something different. Which might still be a reason for us to downgrade.
This feels like a very basic feature though. Is this something that can be implemented?
