Locked out of desktop app (?)

Hi,
Currently seemingly locked out of the desktop app.

Steps:

  1. Created new test WS (I think in browser) to test creation of clean new WS with no sample data
  2. Deleted (really deleted) same test WS a few minutes later
  3. Opened and logged into desktop app (though I may already have been logged in - can’t remember which, sorry!)
  4. Prompt to which workspace to access, the deleted WS also appeared in the list - I clicked on it out of interest (even though my mom said not to)
  5. Then the attached screenshot
  6. Thought it might just be a cashing issue and that if I restarted my PC and try again this should be resolved but no dice.

As you will see, there is no side bar / menu. I find no way back in. Can access everything as usual in the browser, no issue there and the deleted WS is gone from the list as expected.

PS: I prefer the desktop app over the browser.

Hi! You can press Alt to access the window menu, and there should be an option to Open URL From Clipboard. You can copy any (fibery) url to the clipboard, and use this option to force desktop app to navigate there

Thank you for helping. I see that option now…

Though I got back in by clicking on the Fibery logo in the (inaccessible) app, which took me to a Fibery landing page (inside the app) where I again got the option to choose the WS.

Suggestion to others: After deleting a WS from one instance (web or app), close all instances (web and app) - it may be a cashing issue that stills shows a deleted WS, which in my case, clicking on it led to this freeze.
