Folder inside added entities in sidebar

I would love to be able to put folders inside the project entities that are added to the sidebar.
Or maybe also be able to put these project entities in folders separately. This way I can make an “Archive” folder and put them in and collapse it.

This image is how my setup is at the moment and I would like to put a “Docs” folder inside the SEMA project entity to store all the documents.
