Hi Fibery team,
I’m trying to export a workspace as part of an audit. I thus go to settings → export → export workspace
The zip file i’m getting can’t be opened by Windows, i get the following error message:
“Windows can’t open the file, [filename.zip] is not valid”.
Any tips on how to fix this?
Can you make sure that the download process has finished successfully, and was not abruptly stopped due to, say, network error? This would leave the file corrupted. Basically, download it again.
Also, can you please trigger workspace export again, does it work then?
If both options fail, please contact us via Intercom so we can look into the specific file.
