This is a simple addition that would save me a lot of time. Under the history section of an entity, it will list when an automation changes the entity. It tells what was changed. But it doesn’t specify which rule caused the change. Or it doesn’t link to the rule. Adding a little icon that could take you to the automation would help in testing and troubleshooting.
