I have a QA form where the user selects from a list of Team Members. I would like the ability to filter the dropdown select in the form so that only users from the relevant team(s) show up.
I can do this in the resulting entity’s context views, but seems unavailable in form configuration.
Additionally, I’d like to be able to define the sort rule for the options in the dropdown – currently since this is an association field to my Users db, it’s listing them in ID order, rather than alphabetically.

Related or duplicate of one or more of these?
Hello everyone. I’m trying to create a form for use in collecting responses by sharing the form via a generated sharing link.
My question is — is there any way to fix any of the following (somewhat lackluster) things?:
In relation fields . . . the utter lack of any ability to filter/sort the universe of entities available for linking.
In relation fields, with respect to the entities available for linking, the total absence of the usual visual appearance of such entities (e.g., the lack of…
Hey everyone,
First off, I’m really enjoying building things in Fibery! I’m trying to set up a workflow for my clients, but I’ve run into a little snag with forms that I’m hoping you could help with.
I’m creating a simple form for a client to submit new tasks. The form has a “Project” dropdown so they can link the task to their project. The problem is, this dropdown shows all of our company’s projects, not just the one or two that actually belong to that client.
It’s a bit confusing for them,…
I would like to suggest/recommend being able to sort form fields in a single drop down alphabetically (ascending and descending). There is currently no way to sort form field options in a single drop down. The default sorting is sorted by rank which is not effective if there are many choices to choose from. Add the feature in one of the red areas.

Have the sort feature there like the Data view has.

This seems like it would be a basic helpful feature for anyone using forms.

In my current case I want to create a task and link it to a desired result (in the dropdown field). But I don’t want to show the desired results that were already achieved.
At some point, we will need to consolidate these into distinct feature requests.

Yes, I’d say this idea could be merged with any of the shared requests - thanks! I actually did search the community before posting & didn’t find these for some reason.
Now you can filter and sort relations, single- and multi-select fields in Forms (experimental feature)
A bulky release today with some quality of life improvements and… zero AI features (not sure whether it is good or bad though ).
Automatically link entities with more operators
Before, you could use only = when describing Automatic Link Rule for a Relation Field. We extended the list of allowed operators. Now you also have:
For Relation Fields: to-one relation is in to-many relation
For Text Fields: starts with, ends with, contains
For Date Fields: date field is within …
