[DONE] Admin should be able to change email (his or other users)

Problem

Now we have to change users emails manually via support request.

Solution

Allow admin change emails. If a user ask us to change it, we redirect her to an admin. Dezurstvo is less pain.

  • Only admin can change users email
  • :shrimp: Change is per-workspace (we don’t want to change other workspace unexpectedly for a user)
