"Create Embed" menu inaccessible after initial paste of URL

When pasting a URL in a rich text field, this is shown:

However, as soon as I move away my mouse point from the URL, this ‘Create Embed’ cannot be reached any more.

Hovering over a link gives only this menu:

The only way to see the Create Embed menu again, is by:

1. Copying the link again
2. Removing the existing link
3. Pasting

Step 2 is needed, since overwriting the existing link by pasting the link again, does not result in the Create Embed link showing up.

Related issue 1:

When pasting either multiple links, or text with a link, the Create Embed menu does not show up on hover.
