I gave Projects avatars. All going well, but when I reference the project anywhere, it pulls along the image name, see image. matches.jpeg is the name of the avatar image. 
This happens with all my entities with avatars except people.
Expected behaviour:
- Either just not have the file name show up
- Or replace the type icon with the avatar
