FWIW, my Employees are those people that are (or ever have been) employed, and I have a collection of ‘Employment periods’ for each one that allows me to cope with them coming and going.
Also, the recently added ability to convert entities means that I can fairly easily have someone start working as an external ‘Person’, then become an ‘Employee’ without losing any history/traceability.
