This requires that you have relevant notifications on the entities.
It precludes you from setting up a space where teams can keep on top of comments/references on relevant filtered entities.
Usecases for us:
- I want to oversee all open discussion threads
- Monitor the interaction between CSM & Product to see if comment threads are all resolved.
- Go through product design to see open discussion and team activity.
- I want to setup a tiered fallthrough for support/product design that a set of people can access.
- Lost open threads (what if someone did not @ someone, or was on the card?)
The problem is that native UI and entity-based-solutions start to compete with each other. Comments are not things accessible in entity list/filter contexts (except for in the Thread feature, where we can see the Comment Mixin?).
Which leads to an entity-solution and instructions for the team to not use the Comment feature.
