Wiki feature in this community?

Hey! There’s more and more posts in the community that are very similar / try to solve the same problem in different ideas. I was wondering if we could enable the wiki feature? This way we can create Wiki posts about product areas, linking and explaining differences between posts and aggrigating similar things in one place. This would hopefully make things clearer for new community members, and might help the Fibery team collate similar posts. I feel like it would also help with collaboration as it is then not just people posting their thoughts/needs, but working together to build a repository.

What do you all think? Could be helpful?

The Wiki plugin likely solves the following issues:

  • Duplicate threads on the same topic → One living wiki per topic aggregates links, avoids repeats.
  • Answers buried in long discussions → Wiki surfaces the current best steps/workarounds at the top.
  • No clear entry point for newcomers → Wiki acts as the canonical starting page with scope and definitions.
  • Opaque request status/context → Wiki summarizes related requests and notes “planned/declined/implemented” with links.
  • Repetitive moderator/member replies → Point to the maintained wiki instead of retyping.

Most useful use cases:

  • Feature Guide wikis: overview, key concepts, active requests, related threads.
  • Workarounds/Recipes wikis: verified steps, snippets, known limitations, gotchas.
  • Decision/Status wikis: high-interest items with a short decision log and changelog links.

Enable wikis for one category, create three seed pages (one of each use case), recruit 3–5 co-curators, review in 30 days.
