View Grouping not working for non-spacemembers

I tried to make the list view grouping feature work for users that have view access to databases and their relations, but haven’t accoplished it yet.

Admin account sees:

Non-spacemember sees:

Is the experimental feature enabled in their accounts? If not, that causes it
