“Suffix” field name was renamed to “Title”
Is this a form you created? The field names on forms are intentionally decoupled from the databasecs true field names.
This looks to be the default form (the one which shows when there are no user made forms)
I’ve seen this bug around as well, I think if you remove the field from the form then add it back it gets fixed.
I reported this one already a while ago
