Сustomization options for the Search page

Hi Fibery team :slightly_smiling_face:

It would be very useful to have more control over how the Search page works, especially in larger workspaces.

Right now the search interface shows items like recent searches, but in many scenarios this section is not very helpful.

In practice, what matters more is quickly controlling where the search is performed.

Suggestions:

  1. Allow setting a default search scope (for example a specific database or space).

  2. Add large quick filter buttons at the top of the search interface to quickly switch the search scope.

For example:

Search
────────────────
Search in:
[ Tasks ] [ Projects] [ Assets ]

Search results

────────────────
or here can be huge buttons / links to views…
This would make it much faster to run searches in specific datasets without manually adjusting filters every time.

In workspaces with many entities and databases, this could significantly speed up daily workflows.

The current recent searches section could optionally be replaced or customized with these quick search scopes.
