Integrations have an option to refresh instantly using webhooks. Any way to give reports the same functionality? Where instead of needing to refresh every amount of time, it can listen to the data and update when the data is created, removed, or updated. Not sure if this costs a lot of resources, but it would be handy to have real-time reports.
Can’t you simply refresh a report when you’re looking at it, embedded or not? What’s the added benefit? Just curious, I’m probably missing something.
Yeah, I don’t think you’re missing anything, it’s indeed just an extra click. It just risks seeing the wrong info and thinking it’s up to date. Especially if you are looking at 5 reports at the same time, needing to refresh each to ensure up to date info is not ideal.
Yes, it’s possible to just refresh, and is hence not a deal-breaker, but it would be even better if it the data in the reports was always up to date without users needing to take an extra action to update. No other view needs a “update view” button to ensure it’s up date, so I think it makes for inconsist behavior.
