I noticed that when I add them to “my items” they show all connected views:
Is there any other location where I can easily see all views connected with a certain entity?
Hi, is there any more info on this?
We found that some views do show in this overview, while others dont. And there are views in this overview that we cannot find anywhere in our workspace.
We are not sure if its a bug, or a feature that we dont fully understand.
Thank you
Fibery has three ways to see views associated with an entity:
- You can see all the views an entity appears in from within the entity itself. There’s a >> button in the top right of your screen.
- You can open an entity to see custom views of relationship properties
- You can create a smart folder which pulls entities into the sidebar and allows you to setup views grouped by entities. You can even group entities by entities.
In your screenshot, you’ve starred an entity from a smart folder. This is why you are seeing identical views for each entity of that database in the sidebar. This is not an index of all views.
This is the only time you’ll see views as children of entities in the sidebar because smartfolders are the only way to put an entity in the shared sidebar navigation.
