We will discuss Public Release scope internally in 1-2 weeks. Search is definitely in scope, but it is hard to say when it will be implemented. Current range is 2-6 months.

Search is actually a blocker for real project use of anything beyond the smallest ones.
Currently I was thinking about doing a browser page search on the DIY “Activity Stream” view that will essentially list all entities. This will at least search within the entity titles.
We will eagerly wait for Search.
