Currently there is no search field in lists and tables. There is only the global search, which is outside of the view window therefore not intuitive and also requires extra clicks to filter the view down to the current list and table.
Apart from a view search box, I can imagne that each view has headers that can be click-sorted or turned into a search box for each field.
