Pin the ability to turn them on or off? Or also let user select value for the entity?

I think this may be coming in the not-so-far future. There were talks about changing how context filters work and putting them into normal filters.

I created smart folders on users, and then created mirrored Gantt views (using user as context filter) of Experiments (think of it as (sub)project)
having the user as a quick toggle, i.e. pinned, would be nice because then you can very quickly change between what you are working on and see what everyone else is working on
Currently I just duplicated everything - anyway is that a stupid solution?
Essentially I want to have mirrored views to make it easier to onboard people, new user is added → smart folder → views etc
Alternative ideas on how to implement this?

Hmm, I think this is a special case because you can use “Assignee is Me” filter. So you can turn the context filter off, and use this dynamic filter, then pin. What do you think?
