Microsoft 365 Outlook IMAP

Hello,

I’m receiving a “LOGIN failed” when trying to add an IMAP account. I’ve verified that IMAP is on for the org/user and tested credentials. No two-factor authentication enabled.

Any idea what else the issue could be?

Were you able to make this connection successfully with a different IMAP client (not Fibery)?

You would think that would be the first test I would do…but alas it wasn’t.

I think this got me, and now it’s never coming back it would seem.
