This is very niche and not urgent, but I think part of fear management. If you have a guest which has a lot of different things shared with them, then they are converted to member accidentally, they can no longer be downgraded back to guest. They need to be deleted and re-invited, and they will loose all the entities that are shared with them… And I cant revert change in activity log or anywhere I can see. Maybe the option to convert to guest if they have any entities shared individually with them?

Understandable observation, and something we’re aware of.
FWIW, the current behaviour is not an attempt to force users into spending more than they need, but rather due to the technical challenges of migrating from member to guest. Guest users have limitations, and we need to figure out a way to gracefully downgrade members (who might already have made use of functionality that is outside these limits).
