I have a Notes database linked to multiple databases, from sales items to development work. These Notes are surfaced in our Home Space.
Is there a way to hide a Note if it’s attached to an Opportunity from the CRM Sales Space?
Filters were recently changed so that it can be based off of a field within a related entity.
So you could do something like have a field with a value set for Opportunities within the CRM Sales Space (you could even include this field value in the filters of views within that Space so that whenever an Opportunity is created in that view, the appropriate field value is automatically set).
Then in the Notes view you showed in your post, set a filter with Opportunity > (arrow to see Opportunity fields > your desired field. I believe this would accomplish what you’re wanting, if I’m understanding the issue correctly.
